Younger kids love rituals more than jumpscares. Give them jobs: official flashlight holder, candy inspector, or DJ of silly sound effects.

- “Mummy wrap” relay with toilet paper—classic for a reason.
- Spooky story circle: each person adds one sentence.
- Caramel apple assembly line with toppings in muffin tins.
- Shadow puppet theater behind a sheet.
- Costume parade with certificates for “Best Cackle,” “Best Cape,” etc.
